How do you fill a stadium with happy fans?

How do you fill stadiums with happy fans?

On the left is a hypothetical section in a football stadium, all sold at one price. The data isn’t real, but it’s extremely realistic and based on real life.

On the right is our simulation. We upped the price on the first couple rows and dropped it in the back several. Then we simulated it 1000 times based on the buying habits of the original customers.

The result?

Attendance increased (a lot). Revenue increased (also a lot). And the vast majority of people paid the same or substantially less for their ticket than before.

This is just an illustration, but it shows that good configuration is powerful! Get closer to the seat/price/perk combo that the fan wants and you will see results.

Would a 30% increase in revenue make a difference to your club?

That’s what the Matchday Multiplier program is designed to do. If you want to talk to us about, book a meeting here.
