Matchday Multiplier™ Five-Step Process

Establish a Baseline

We use the sales data from your previous year or two to understand where you are. From this, we can determine your upside potential. We give that to you in a clear and concise report.

Set the Big Goal

Now that we’re fully informed about where you’ve been, it’s time to talk about where you want to go. With ownership and management, we set the Big Goal. It might be selling out. It might be a specific revenue or profitability target. Whatever it is, it becomes the cornerstone of the project.

Analysis Using the Strategy Algorithm

With the baseline and goal established, we apply our proprietary method. It’s a step-by-step, line-by-line review of the current state of your matchday sales. Leveraging experience selling billions of dollars worth of tickets to tens of millions of people, our system evaluates matchday sales results in detail.

Action Plan

Next, we pore over the results and pick out the most important, most actionable things the club can do to achieve the Big Goal. This is another critical step because we’re translating a lot of information into a plan. We come to you with a set of recommendations and work with you to make it both realistic and very effective.

Implement and Adjust

We work with you for the rest of the season (and longer if needed) to implement the recommendations. We’ll monitor as the season goes on and make adjustments. And we’ll keep reporting how we’re doing compared to the goal.

At the end of the season, we’ll recap everything, especially how we did against the Big Goal.
